Europe Day

Dzień Europy jest dniem, w którym co roku świętujemy pokój i jedność w Europie. 9 maja przypada rocznica podpisania historycznej Deklaracji Schumanna. Dlatego w tym roku szkolnym nasi uczniowie i nauczyciele wybrali się w podróż po Europie. Na początek uczennice klasy 6b przedstawiły interaktywną prezentację na temat Europy i Unii Europejskiej, Deklaracji Schumanna i najważniejszych informacji związanych z obchodami dzisiejszego święta. Następnie uczniowie mieli możliwość sprawdzenia swojej wiedzy i wykonania europejskiego quizu. Dużym zainteresowaniem cieszył się konkurs na wiersz o wylosowanym państwie- prezentacja wywołała dużo pozytywnych emocji i naszym uszom ukazało się wiele talentów pisarskich. Nie zabrakło też ciekawych gadgetów, strojów narodowych oraz plakatów tematycznych.

Europe Day is the day on which we celebrate peace and unity in Europe every year. May 9 marks the anniversary of the signing of the historic Schumann Declaration. That is why this school year our students and teachers went on a trip around Europe. At the beginning, students of class 6b gave an interactive presentation on Europe and the European Union, the Schumann Declaration and the most important information related to the celebration of today's holiday. Then the students had the opportunity to test their knowledge and take a European quiz. The competition for a poem about the certain country attracted great interest - the presentation caused a lot of positive emotions and many writing talents appeared. There were also interesting gadgets, national costumes and thematic posters. It was a fantastic day!

Jak co roku w naszej szkole celebrowaliśmy Dzień Europy. 9 maja 2023 r. odbył się Jarmark Europejski. Uczniowie klas 0-3 pod opieką wychowawców przygotowali prezentacje następujących krajów: Irlandii, Francji, Dani, Włoch, Finlandii, Belgii, Niemiec, Hiszpanii, Anglii oraz Grecji. Zaprezentowane zostały m.in. najważniejsze informacje, tradycje, ciekawostki, typowe dania, sławne osoby oraz piosenki. Była to dla wszystkich uczniów ciekawa lekcja kulturowa.

As every year, we celebrated Europe Day in our school. On May 9, the European Fair took place. Students of grades 0-3 under the care of their teachers prepared presentations of the following countries: Ireland, France, Denmark, Italy, Finland, Belgium, Germany, Spain, England and Greece. They were presented, among others, the most important information, traditions, curiosities, typical dishes, famous people and songs. It was an interesting cultural lesson for all students.

Creative physical education lessons

Dziś uczniowie w ramach kreatywnych lekcji wychowania fizycznego zwiedzali stadion piłkarski Suzuki Arena, który jest główną siedzibą zawodników ekstraklasy Korona Kielce. Podczas zwiedzania poznali całą infrastrukturę stadionu nie tylko z punktu widzenia trybun- kibica, ale wchodząc w wyobrażenia i odczucia zawodników rozgrywających tam spotkania. Największą niespodzianką dla naszych podopiecznych było spotkanie z Jackiem Kiełbem grającym na pozycji pomocnika reprezentacji kieleckiego klubu. Na zakończenie sportowych wrażeń udaliśmy się wspólnie do kina na następujące seanse filmowe: „Miłość pisana Braillem” oraz „Chłopiec z chmur”. Seanse poprzedzały prelekcje, które uwrażliwiły uczniów na tematy związane z: życiem osób niepełnosprawnych, a także empatią oraz wiarą we własne ideały i dbaniem o dobro planety.

Today, as part of creative physical education lessons, students visited the Suzuki Arena football stadium, which is the main seat of Korona Kielce's Ekstraklasa players. During the tour, they got to know the entire infrastructure of the stadium, not only from the point of view of the spectator, but also by entering into the imagination and feelings of the players playing matches there. The biggest surprise for our players was the meeting with Jacek Kiełb, who plays as a midfielder for the team of the Kielce club. At the end of the sports experience, we went to the cinema together for the following film screenings: "Love written in Braille" and "Boy from the clouds". The sessions were preceded by lectures that made students sensitive to topics related to: the life of people with disabilities, as well as empathy and faith in their own ideals and caring for the good of the planet.

Sport's Day

W miniony piątek w naszej szkole odbył się Dzień Sportu przeznaczony dla uczniów klas 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 oraz LO. Chętni podjęli ducha sportowej rywalizacji w rozgrywkach w piłkę nożną halową. Emocji było, co niemiara, a uczniowie zmagali się zarówno z radością z uzyskiwanych punktów za strzelone gole oraz rozczarowaniem z braku realizacji założonej taktyki gry, czy niesprzyjających sytuacji meczowych. Takie zmagania pozwalają na kształtowanie charakteru oraz właściwych postaw zarówno podczas zwycięstwa, jak i sportowych niepowodzeń. Udział młodzieży w takich ventach stanowi wdrażanie jej do umiejętności bycia dumnym z siebie, kiedy osiągniemy sukces oraz istoty niepoddawania się podczas różnych niepowodzeń/rozczarowań w codziennym życiu. Zwieńczeniem Dnia Sportu dla naszych wychowanków był rozegrany mecz uczniowie kontra nauczyciele. Istotą takich sportowych rozgrywek jest przeżywanie emocji na żywo, a nie w świecie wirtualnym.

Last Friday in our school there was a Sports Day for pupils of classes 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and high school. Volunteers took up the spirit of sports competition in indoor football games. There was a lot of emotion, and the students struggled with both the joy of the points they scored for the goals scored and the disappointment of not implementing the assumed tactics of the game or unfavorable match situations. Such struggles allow for shaping the character and proper attitudes both during the victory and sporting failures. Participation of young people in such vents is to introduce them to the ability to be proud of themselves when we achieve success and the importance of not giving up during various failures / disappointments in everyday life. The culmination of the Sports Day for our pupils was a match between students and teachers. The essence of such sports competitions is experiencing emotions live, not in the virtual world.

Walking Rally

Za nami kolejna inicjatywa aktywizacji uczniów do spędzania czasu wolnego aktywnie poza szkołą i domem. Tym razem wyruszyliśmy na rajd pieszy trasą Karczówka - Białogon - Park Kultury i Sportu, łącznie pokonując 12 km. Dzięki takim kreatywnym lekcjom wychowania fizycznego uczniowie wiedzą, co zrobić z czasem wolnym by zadbać o swoje zdrowie i poszerzyć wiedzę dotyczącą pieszej turystyki regionu Kielc. Tym samym jak należy dbać o swoje zdrowie psychiczne i móc oderwać się od wszelakich multimediów w celu rozwoju zdolności poznawczych.

Another initiative to activate students to spend their free time actively outside school and home is behind us. This time we went on a walking tour along the Karczówka - Białogon - Park Kultury i Sportu route, covering a total of 12 km. Thanks to such creative physical education lessons, students know what to do with their free time to take care of their health and broaden their knowledge of hiking in the Kielce region. Thus, how to take care of your mental health and be able to break away from all multimedia in order to develop cognitive abilities.

What to do to avoid becoming a victim of cybercrime?

Do sieci logujemy się codziennie. Internet dla dzieci jest czymś zwyczajnym i powszechnym. Jest też pełen zagrożeń. Jak chronić się przed atakami cyberprzestępców? Jakie konsekwencje płyną z zagrożeń panujących w sieci? Na te pytania odpowiedzieli Funkcjonariusze Policji na prelekcji dla klas piątych. Uczniowie dowiedzieli się o tym jak funkcjonuje Internet, dlaczego nie jesteśmy anonimowi w sieci. Policjanci poruszyli również temat hejtu w Internecie oraz jego konsekwencji.

We log on to the web every day. Internet for children is something ordinary and common. It is also full of dangers. How to protect yourself against cybercriminal attacks? What are the consequences of online threats? These questions were answered by Police Officers during a lecture for fifth graders. Students learned about how the Internet works, why we are not anonymous on the web. Police officers also raised the topic of online hate and its consequences.

Ziemia jest naszym wspólnym domem! Ratujemy naszą Ziemię dla siebie i przyszłych pokoleń!  27 kwietnia 2023 r. odbyło się kolejne spotkanie online z udziałem uczniów i nauczycieli trzech krajów: Polski – Ukrainy – Wielkiej Brytanii w ramach projektu PIRAMIDA KSIĄŻEK – РАМІДА КНИГ- THE PYRAMID OF BOOKS. Młodzież ze szkoły Ogólnokształcącej I-III stopnia nr 17 w Łucku wprowadziła uczestników w ten interesujący temat. Z okazji Dnia Ziemi obchodzonego 22.kwietnia uczniowie Szkoły Ogólnokształcącej nr 17 w Łucku zaprosili nas w wirtualną podróż po pięknych zakątkach Ziemi (Ziemi Ukraińskiej) oraz opowiedzieli o Dniu Ziemi, który jest obchodzony od 1970 roku! Dzieci wykonały rysunek w kolorach miłości, które wyglądały fantastycznie. Następnie wspólnie rozwiązaliśmy łamigłówkę ekologiczną, z której dowiedzieliśmy się, jakie problemy ekologiczne stanowią największe zagrożenie dla nas i naszej planety, a także, jakie czekają nas konsekwencje niszczenia przyrody w przyszłości.  Podczas zajęć była także papieroplastyka. Młodzież wykonała agamograf  w barwach ciepłych i zimnych – Wiosna/Zima, zadbana Ziemia/ zniszczona planeta. Wszyscy świetnie się bawili,  wyciągnęli wnioski jak ważna jest nasza planeta, a także wzbogacili swoje umiejętności plastyczne. Podczas tego spotkania wiele się nauczyliśmy. Czekamy na kolejne.

Earth is our common Home! We save our Earth for ourselves and future generations! On April 27, 2023 further online meeting were held with the participation of students and teachers from three countries: Poland - Ukraine - Great Britain as part of the PIRAMIDA KSIĄŻEK - РАМІДА КНИГ - THE PYRAMID OF BOOKS project. Young people from the 1st-3rd degree general school No. 17 in Łuck introduced the participants to this interesting topic. On the occasion of the Earth Day celebrated on April 22, students of the Secondary School No. 17 in Łuck invited us on a virtual journey through the beautiful corners of the Earth (Ukrainian Land) and told us about the Earth Day which has been celebrated since 1970! The children made a drawing in the colors of love which looked fantastic. Then we solved an ecological puzzle together, from which we learned what ecological problems are the greatest threat to us and our planet, and what consequences await us in the future of destroying nature. There was also papercraft during the class. Young people made an agamograph in warm and cold colors - Spring / Winter, well-kept Earth / destroyed planet. Everyone had a great time, drew conclusions about the importance of our planet, and also enriched their art skills. We learned a lot during this meeting. We are waiting for the next one.

Uroczyste pożegnanie maturzystów

Ceremonial Farewell to Graduates

28 kwietnia odbyło się uroczyste zakończenie roku szkolnego naszych maturzystów z PDLO i ELO. Pani Dyrektor - Matylda Gizowska wraz z wychowawcą klasy - Ewą Jaros wręczyły świadectwa ukończenia liceum, nagrody za najlepsze wyniki w nauce oraz prezenty pożegnalne. Absolwenci podziękowali swoim nauczycielom za 4 lata nauki wręczając piękne kwiaty. Po cześć artystycznej akademii, absolwenci wraz z Dyrekcją, nauczycielami i Rodzicami udali się na poczęstunek. Za kilka dni nasi absolwenci przystąpią do egzaminów naturalnych. Trzymamy kciuki za wspaniałe wyniki egzaminów oraz życzymy powodzenia w dorosłym życiu.

On April 28th, the graduation ceremony of our PDLO and ELO graduates took place. The headmistress, Matylda Gizowska, together with the class teacher, Ewa Jaros, presented high school graduation certificates, awards for the best learning results and farewell gifts. Graduates thanked their teachers for 4 years of study by handing beautiful flowers. After honoring the artistic academy, the graduates together with the management, teachers and parents went for refreshments. In a few days, our graduates will take natural exams. We keep our fingers crossed for great exam results and wish you good luck in your adult life.

The National Constitution Day on May 3

Z okazji święta Konstytucji 3 Maja, młodzież KSP pod opieką nauczycieli p. Mikołajczyk i p. Obary, przygotowała wspaniałe wydarzenie pt. "Parę słów i parę nut po których świat stał się lepszy". Uroczystość przybliżała zgromadzonym o randze tej wprowadzonej w XVIII wieku ustawy zasadniczej i jednocześnie traktowała o innych jasnych kartach naszej historii. Nie zabrakło też nawiązań do toczącej się na Ukrainie wojny. Przekaz został urozmaicony zarówno pokazami multimedialnymi jak i śpiewem w wykonaniu naszych uczniów.

On the occasion of the May 3rd Constitution Day, KSP youth, under the care of teachers Ms. Mikołajczyk and Mr. Obara, prepared a wonderful event entitled "A few words and a few notes that made the world better." The ceremony familiarized the gathered with the importance of this fundamental law introduced in the 18th century and at the same time dealt with other bright pages of our history. There were also references to the ongoing war in Ukraine. The message was diversified by both multimedia shows and singing performed by our students.

28 kwietnia w naszej szkole odbyła się uroczysta akademia z okazji rocznicy uchwalenia Konstytucji 3 Maja. Uczniowie klasy 1a, 2b i 2c przygotowali występ słowno - muzyczny. Przypomnieli tło historyczne wydarzeń z 3 maja 1791 roku i wyjaśnili wagę tego dnia dla wszystkich Polaków. Patriotyczne apele związane ze świętami narodowymi są tradycją w naszej szkole. Jest to wspaniała okazja, by uzmysłowić dzieciom rolę takich słów jak Ojczyzna i patriotyzm.

On April 28, our school celebrates a solemn academy on the occasion of the anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of May 3. Students of classes 1a, 2b and 2c prepared a verbal and musical performance. They reminded the historical background of the events of May 3, 1791 and showed the importance of that day for all Poles. Patriotic appeals related to national holidays are a tradition in our school. This is a great opportunity to visualize the effects of such words as homeland and patriotism.

Dzień Ziemi

Earth Day

W ubiegłym tygodniu w naszej szkole świętowaliśmy Dzień Ziemi. To święto nie tylko ma za zadanie promować proekologicznych postawy w naszym społeczeństwie, ale również pokazuje nam w jaki sposób możemy przyczynić się do ochrony środowiska. Z tej okazji Uczniowie razem z Wychowawcami przygotowali wiele ciekawych aktywności. Odbyły się interesujące zajęcia lekcyjne, na których uczniowie poznali zagrożenia oraz sposoby ochrony naszej Planety. Wykonaliśmy pracę plastyczne, układaliśmy puzzle, sadziliśmy koperek oraz uczestniczyliśmy w pikniku z okazji Dnia Ziemi zorganizowanym przez Zespół Świętokrzyskich i Nadnidziańskich Parków Krajobrazowych w Kielcach. Oprócz tego udaliśmy się na sprzątanie terenu w pobliżu naszej szkoły. Mamy nadzieję, że nasze działania zaowocują mądrym postępowaniem wobec naszej Planety.

Last week we celebrated Earth Day in our school. This holiday is not only intended to promote pro-ecological attitudes in our society, but also shows us how we can contribute to environmental protection. On this occasion, pupils and teachers prepared many interesting activities. There were interesting lessons during which students learned about the threats and ways to protect our Planet. We did art work, put together puzzles, planted dill and participated in a picnic on the occasion of Earth Day organized by the Team of Świętokrzyskie and Nadnidziańskie Landscape Parks in Kielce. In addition, we went to clean the area near our school. We hope that our actions will result in wise behavior towards our Planet.
